NovAqua+ Water Conditioner

Does anyone have experience with using NovAqua+ water conditioner, good or bad?

Bought a huge jug of it when in Davenport visiting my son (very reasonably priced). I don't know if I like it.

I don't care for it...but then again, I just don't think fish need their slime coat artificially enhanced. I also feel wary of any product that mentions electrolytes - seems like marketing gobbledygook, IMO. It's the same thing people used to say about aquarium salt.

I can't imagine needing a huge jug of any water conditioner, unless you had a really huge tank. Maybe you could sell it on eBay or Aquabid, or trade it in to your LFS?

I'll keep it and use it, maybe I'll use it every other time I clean the tank, but I won't buy anymore.
thanks Nicole.

NOT TO BEAT A DEAD HORSE.......... but this stuff is bad, really bad. After cleaning my tanks, the next day the water is cloudy. This has never happened to me. The water in my tank is always crystal clear. I put some of the water conditioner I use to use in the tank and next morning the water was clear again. I hope this stuff isn't going to hurt my fishes.

I would definitely stop using it! In fact, I would write Kordon and tell them you are unhappy with their product - perhaps they could at least send you a few coupons or something.
